Donations
Every donation helps us continue our work supporting the sarcoma community, and we are grateful for every contribution.
Donations made through our website are voluntary and are generally non-refundable unless an error has occurred or a refund is required by law. Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full payment card details.
Merchandise
From time to time we offer merchandise to help raise funds for our charitable activities.
Prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, although delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and postal services. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Your rights as a consumer under Irish law are not affected by these Terms. Please note that personalised or customised products cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty.
Unless specifically stated, purchasing merchandise is not considered a charitable donation for tax purposes.
